Hata Corporate Executive Chef Chris Blanc is proud to serve on the board of the Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation (HCEF) – a non-profit that partners with local schools and chefs in mentoring Hawaii’s culinary students.
As part of his commitment to the next generation of Hawaii culinarians, Chef Chris mentored members of the Kahuku High School Red Raiders culinary program. He spent the day talking to culinary classes where he encouraged students to be passionate and always be open to learning their craft.
