Our Hata Cares Meals program provides well deserved meals for hard working members of our communty.
This month’s meals were Y. Hata Corporate Executive Chef Chris Blanc, and Sous Chef Ernesto Limcaco, alongside some of our Hata ‘Ohana staff from our Human Resources Department. We had the privilege of donating delicious lunches to the hard-working staff at Kuakini Medical Center. Kuakini’s mission is to provide affordable and quality health care services, clinical research, and community service programs.
This month’s meal included:
- Braised Boneless Short Rib with Mustard Sauce
- Kalbi Chicken Bites
- Lemon Rice Pilaf
- Tossed Salad with Creamy Vinaigrette
- Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Cookie
