Y. Hata offers classroom training for the ServSafe Manager Certification, a nationally recognized way to show that your managers are up to date on food safety guidelines. Manager Certification is not required by the State of Hawaii but recommended and regarded as the gold standard of food safety for your restaurant. It is a very in-depth course that goes over all safety and health regulations for handling food and kitchen regulations. Certification lasts for 5 years.
