Y. Hata customer partner Restaurant 604 joins John Veneri in Hawaii’s Kitchen at ChefZone. Executive Chef Harold Beltran prepared their most popular appetizer, Creamy Risotto Bites, deep fried risotto balls topped with their amazing tomato-onion chutney. He also prepared oven roasted Spinach & Artichoke Miso Salmon served with Asian vegetables.
“Our owner created the concept of local favorites and flavors that he grew up with mixed with genuine hospitality and service” say General Manager Rickey Baily. The Risotto Bites are available at their Italian restaurant, Maniamo by 604, and the salmon is available at the main location, Restaurant 604.
Restaurant 604 is located at the Arizona Memorial. They have four additional locations, Maniamo by 604 and 604 Express, both at the Navy Marine Golf Course in Moanalua, 60Fore Bar & Grill at the Barbers Point Golf Course in Ewa, and The Beach House by 604 at Pokai Bay in Waianae.
