Sales Manager Nick Riley and Head Chef Jara Leanio from Honolulu Beerworks joins us in Hawaii’s Kitchen at ChefZone. Chef Jara showed Living808 how to make their popular dishes Beermade Mac & Cheese and All Mixed-Up Greens.
Y. Hata customer partner Honolulu Beerworks on Cook Street in Kaka’ako features around 15 different types of beer at a time, all made in-house. Their popular beers are available in their restaurant or in cans to take home. They also feature a delicious menu and cocktails. Honolulu Beerworks opens at noon Tuesday through Sunday, closed on Monday. The restaurant closes at 10pm during the week, midnight on Friday and Saturday, and a bit earlier at 6pm on Sunday.
